OPUS

Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 7, 2026

OPUS ("we," "us") operates opuswilson.com. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you request the Catalog Owner's Checklist, subscribe to The OPUS Letter, submit a form on this site, or respond to one of our ads (including LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms), we collect the information you provide: typically your name and email address.

How we use it

We use your information to deliver what you asked for (the checklist, the Letter, replies to inquiries) and to send occasional related notes from OPUS. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers that make delivery possible (for example, our email service provider, Mailchimp/Intuit, and our website host), each bound by their own privacy obligations.

Email

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes you from future sends immediately.

Retention

We keep subscriber information for as long as you remain subscribed, and inquiry emails for as long as needed to handle the inquiry.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to patrick@opuswilson.com. California and EU/EEA residents may have additional rights under CCPA and GDPR respectively; the same address handles those requests.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses only the minimal cookies and analytics required to operate. We do not run third-party ad trackers on this site.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
