The OPUS Circle · Private Membership

For the small room
behind the public room.

A small group of operators, investors, and patrons with a direct line into the structure side of the creative business, before it shows up in public.

Positioning

The Circle is the relationship you build with the team that decides where capital, attention, and access move first.

The public OPUS site is the doorway. The Letter is the room you can stand in. The Circle is the table you sit at.

What is included

Four pillars. Built to hold weight.

The Private Letter
I.

Pillar I

The Private Letter

Everything in The OPUS Letter, plus quarterly long-form memos that do not go public. What we are seeing in catalog and touring markets, and the reasoning behind how we read it. The kind of analysis a family office pays for.

Direct line
II.

Pillar II

Direct line

A real channel to Patrick and the OPUS team. Not a chatbot, not a queue. Used sparingly, answered personally.

Curated experiences
III.

Pillar III

Curated experiences

Two convenings a year in rooms that do not exist for the public. Studio time, backstage access on tour dates that make sense, founder dinners in Carlsbad, Mounds View, and one annual gathering off-cycle from the conferences everyone else flies to.

Strategy hours
IV.

Pillar IV

Strategy hours

A standing block of advisory time, used however the member wants. Catalog questions, tour structure, family-office crossover into the creative economy. The conversations that do not fit in a public memo.

Eligibility

A small number of seats.

The Circle is capped at one hundred founding seats. Membership is by application, reviewed personally, and assumes:

A real reason for the relationship. Not a tourism pass.

The Process

Three steps. No rush.

01

Apply

Submit the form below. It takes seven minutes if you take it seriously.

02

Meet

If there is a fit, you sit with Patrick or a Circle principal. By phone, video, or in person.

03

Begin

Membership opens with the first private memo, an introductory call, and your standing channel.

What the Circle is not

The discipline of what we leave out.

Premium is mostly subtraction. Here is what the Circle will never become.

A list-buy

A merch tier

The OPUS Register

A record of how
serious work moves.

The Register is a curated record of the owners, operators, patrons, and specialists whose work touches the OPUS ecosystem.

Not a logo wall. Not a public directory. It shows where disciplined relationships create continuity across creative assets, operating businesses, and patient capital.

Areas of Participation

Depth is shown in adjacency, not rank.

One relationship may touch several domains. The work is connected even when the participants remain private.

Limited EditionsLicensingPreservation

A rights owner granted limited manufacturing authority for a finite cassette edition. The collaboration was built around controlled format scarcity and creator approvals throughout the production process.

Every right outside the defined physical edition remained reserved. Long-term catalog ownership did not move, allowing a specific release to reach a committed audience without transferring control of the larger body of work.

Identities, quantities, financial terms, correspondence, signatures, addresses, and contractual obligations remain private.

Register Method

Nothing appears by assumption.

01

Verified

The relationship and work must be documented.

02

Scoped

Only the necessary facts are considered for release.

03

Approved

Every public folio requires mutual consent.

A private internal record can exist without becoming public. Names, locations, correspondence, commercial terms, and identifying context stay out of view until every party agrees on what may be shown.

Discretion precedes visibility.

Profiles and case notes appear in the Register solely by mutual agreement. Participation in the OPUS ecosystem is kept strictly confidential unless explicit approval is granted. We do not maintain an open directory.

It just finds a smaller room."
