The OPUS Circle · Private Membership
A small group of operators, investors, and patrons with a direct line into the structure side of the creative business, before it shows up in public.
Positioning
The Circle is the relationship you build with the team that decides where capital, attention, and access move first.
The public OPUS site is the doorway. The Letter is the room you can stand in. The Circle is the table you sit at.
What is included
Pillar I
Everything in The OPUS Letter, plus quarterly long-form memos that do not go public. What we are seeing in catalog and touring markets, and the reasoning behind how we read it. The kind of analysis a family office pays for.
Pillar II
A real channel to Patrick and the OPUS team. Not a chatbot, not a queue. Used sparingly, answered personally.
Pillar III
Two convenings a year in rooms that do not exist for the public. Studio time, backstage access on tour dates that make sense, founder dinners in Carlsbad, Mounds View, and one annual gathering off-cycle from the conferences everyone else flies to.
Pillar IV
A standing block of advisory time, used however the member wants. Catalog questions, tour structure, family-office crossover into the creative economy. The conversations that do not fit in a public memo.
Eligibility
The Circle is capped at one hundred founding seats. Membership is by application, reviewed personally, and assumes:
A real reason for the relationship. Not a tourism pass.
The Process
Submit the form below. It takes seven minutes if you take it seriously.
If there is a fit, you sit with Patrick or a Circle principal. By phone, video, or in person.
Membership opens with the first private memo, an introductory call, and your standing channel.
What the Circle is not
Premium is mostly subtraction. Here is what the Circle will never become.
A subscription
A list-buy
A merch tier
A way to skip the public letter
"Discipline doesn't change form.
It just finds a smaller room."
