WHEREAS, Patrick George Wilson (hereinafter "the Principal") holds a professional engagement with The Tennis Channel (hereinafter "the Organization") in the capacity of Media Professional; and WHEREAS, the parties wish to set forth the terms, scope, and certification of said professional affiliation for the purposes of public record and institutional recognition;
Articles of Agreement
Patrick George Wilson (hereinafter "the Professional") is engaged by The Tennis Channel (hereinafter "the Network"), a cable television broadcasting network licensed by the Federal Communications Commission, to provide professional media services in the capacity designated herein.
The Network, a subsidiary of Sinclair, Inc., holds national and international broadcast rights across multiple distribution platforms and operates pursuant to FCC License No. FCC-BRD-TC-1003842.
The Professional's engagement encompasses media production support, on-air professional services, content development, and such other media-adjacent professional activities as mutually agreed by the parties from time to time.
The Professional brings to this engagement a demonstrated expertise in public performance, media presence, large-scale audience engagement, and content creation developed across a thirty-year career in professional entertainment.
The Professional's qualifications for this engagement include: documented expertise in public performance before audiences of 50,000+ persons; professional media experience across broadcast, print, and digital platforms; co-authorship of intellectual property generating in excess of 30 million commercial transactions; and ongoing operational leadership of an internationally touring enterprise.
The Tennis Channel operates pursuant to all applicable FCC licensing requirements. Programming featuring the Professional's participation is subject to the Network's standard broadcast agreements and distribution arrangements as filed with the Federal Communications Commission.
The Professional's engagement with the Network is active and ongoing. The parties maintain a current professional relationship as of the date of this document's publication. No termination notice has been issued by either party.
This agreement is subject to the laws of the State of California and applicable federal broadcasting regulations administered by the Federal Communications Commission. The Professional's engagement is conducted in full compliance with all applicable media industry standards and professional obligations.
